Websites for Therapists

Your website should feel like an extension of your practice.

I design Squarespace websites for therapists and group practices that are clear, warm, easy to navigate, and grounded in how you actually work.

The goal is not to make you sound like every other therapist online. It is to help prospective clients understand who you are, what you offer, and whether you may be the right fit.

Why Work With Me

You shouldn’t have to teach your web designer how therapists think, speak, and connect.

I’m a therapist who also happens to do design.

You may know exactly how you work with clients and still struggle to explain it online. Your site may sound too clinical, too generic, or simply not quite like you.

Because I understand psychotherapy from the inside, I can help translate nuanced clinical work into language and design that feels clear, human, and true to your practice.

The goal is not to turn you into a brand. It’s to help the right clients understand who you are, how you work, and why you may be a good fit.

Your website may already be costing you the right clients.

If your site feels outdated, unclear, or no longer reflects your work, prospective clients may be making decisions before they ever contact you.

A stronger site can help the right people understand who you are, what you offer, and whether reaching out feels right.

I take on a limited number of therapist website projects at a time so I can stay closely involved in the design and content.

If you have been thinking about rebuilding your site, this is a good time to start the conversation.

The Process

You may know your current site no longer fits, or you may be starting from scratch. Either way, you do not need to arrive with finished copy, a perfect sitemap, or a fully formed visual identity. I guide you through the process step by step.

You do not need to have your website figured out before we start.

1. Clarify
You tell me about your practice, the clients you most want to reach, what feels outdated or unclear, and the kind of experience you want your site to create.

2. Structure
I organize the site so prospective clients can quickly understand who you are, how you work, and where to go next.

3. Design & Build
I create the visual direction, build the site in Squarespace, and shape the content so the site feels coherent, professional, and like you.

4. Refine
You review the site in context. We make the agreed changes together, rather than asking you to imagine everything from a document.

5. Launch
I handle the final cleanup, mobile optimization, links, forms, and launch details so you are not left wrestling with the technical pieces.

“Working with Andrew on the Cinssa website was a truly positive experience. From the beginning, he took the time to understand not only what we wanted the website to look like but also who we are as a practice and what we wanted people to feel when they visited the site.
